The exchange of rings for another size, is subject to availability. Available ring sizes are displayed on the product page.
Ring resizing is not available at the outlet store. Resizing services is available to customers who wishes to resize their purchased outlet ring – but this will be a separate service and will incur resizing fees. Subject to ring design limitations.
Sterling silver, white gold and two-tone items have been rhodium plated to enhance their appearance. This plating is not permanent and may require re-plating in the future.
Pendant price includes sterling silver or gold/rose tone chain.
Created gemstones are grown in strictly controlled laboratory conditions to recreate the brilliance of natural gemstones.
Natural gemstones have been treated by heating (generally), waxing (emeralds), oiling, diffusion (sapphires) or irradiation (blue topaz) to enhance the colour of the stone.
Product metals and gemstones may appear a different colour on screen than they do in person.
Some watches may not have its original packaging.
Water resistant refers to a pressure test and does not signify depth.
